Effective January 2026. Havlo collects information only when it helps us answer an inquiry, coordinate housing work, protect the relationship, or meet a legal obligation.
1. Information we collect
We collect information needed to provide real estate brokerage, property management, resident support, and rental search services. This may include name, email, phone number, property preferences, showing details, application information, service requests, communication history, and account activity.
2. How we use information
We use information to answer inquiries, schedule showings, process applications, coordinate maintenance, support owners and residents, deliver service messages, protect security, meet legal obligations, and improve reliability.
We do not use personal information to make hidden eligibility decisions. Sensitive housing decisions remain subject to applicable law, verified information, and responsible human review.
3. Service providers
We share limited information with providers that help operate Havlo, such as Rentvine for property management records, Postmark for email delivery, Telnyx for SMS/voice transport, analytics tools, and error monitoring services.
Service providers receive only the information needed for their stated role. Havlo remains responsible for explaining its privacy practices and helping people reach the appropriate service.
4. Cookies and tracking
We use essential cookies for site function and may use analytics cookies to understand performance and usage. Non-essential tracking should be consent-based where required.
5. Voice and call recording
Calls handled through our communication systems may be recorded for service quality, proof, compliance, and training. Recording disclosure is provided where required by law.
6. Your rights
You may request access, export, restriction, or removal of your personal data through the privacy request form on this page. Havlo will verify the request, remove what it can, and explain any record that legal, audit, brokerage, accounting, security, or property-management obligations require it to retain.
7. California residents
California residents may request disclosure, correction, deletion, and opt-out rights under applicable California privacy law, including the CCPA and CPRA where they apply. Havlo does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
You may ask what categories of personal information we collect, the sources of that information, the business purposes for collection, and the categories of providers with whom information is shared. You may also request deletion or correction, subject to exceptions for transactions, security, legal obligations, audit records, and housing operations that must remain provable.

By using the Havlo platform, including havlo.group, resident and owner portals, listing pages, showing tools, communication tools, and related services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Services
Havlo Group provides licensed Texas brokerage services, property management services, rental search experiences, owner/resident support, and related coordination tools.
Property availability, pricing, photos, fees, dates, and listing details may change and should be verified before a decision is made.
3. Responsible technology
Havlo uses software to help organize information, reminders, drafts, and service records. Important actions remain subject to applicable law, verified information, required approval, and responsible human oversight.
- Generated or assisted content is informational and should be verified.
- Legal, financial, tax, screening, lease, trust-accounting, and eviction matters require appropriate human accountability.
- Havlo may pause a request when responsible review is needed.
4. User responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, use Havlo for lawful purposes, keep account credentials secure, avoid disrupting the platform, and follow Fair Housing and other applicable laws.
5. Privacy
Havlo does not sell personal information. Data is used for legitimate housing, service, compliance, security, and operational purposes.
6. Fair Housing
Havlo is committed to equal housing opportunity. Screening, showing, leasing, marketing, renewals, maintenance, and support should be handled consistently under applicable law.

These terms are interpreted under Texas law. Disputes are handled in the appropriate courts of Harris County, Texas, unless applicable law requires another venue.
