Terms of Service

By using Havlo’s site or services, you agree to use accurate information, follow lawful purposes, and understand that property availability, pricing, photos, and details can change and should be verified.

Havlo provides licensed brokerage services, property management services, and consumer-facing rental search experiences in Texas.

Havlo Group is a licensed Texas real estate brokerage. Christopher Thomas Gross is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker #625244. Havlo Group brokerage license #9016404.

Texas consumers may contact the Texas Real Estate Commission at trec.texas.gov.

Privacy Policy

Havlo collects information only when it has a lawful housing, service, safety, or recordkeeping purpose.

We do not sell personal information. We limit sharing to what a lawful housing or service purpose requires, and you can always request removal.

Security

Havlo uses standard safeguards for information in transit and at rest, administrative access, input validation, rate limits, security headers, and responsible disclosure.

Security reports may be sent to security@havlo.group. Our security.txt file is available at /.well-known/security.txt.

Fraud alert

Verify payment instructions, listing communications, and requests for sensitive information through Havlo’s official channels before acting.

Suspicious communication can be forwarded to security@havlo.group.

Your information

Request access, removal, or a change.

Send the request here. Havlo will verify your identity before processing it and will explain any record that a legal, brokerage, accounting, security, audit, or property-management obligation requires Havlo to retain.

Submitting creates a privacy request for review. It does not immediately delete or change a record. Havlo will verify the requester before fulfillment.

Fair Housing

Havlo supports consistent treatment under the Fair Housing Act, the Texas Fair Housing Act, and applicable federal, state, and local fair housing laws.

If you believe you experienced housing discrimination, contact Havlo at fairhousing@havlo.group, HUD, or the appropriate housing authority.

Havlo works toward accessible digital experiences using semantic structure, keyboard support, screen reader compatibility, sufficient contrast, and reduced-motion support.
