Common questions
A clear answer should lead somewhere useful.
Start with the relationship you are in. These answers are general orientation, not current market fact or legal, financial, tax, or licensed advice. The current source, agreement, disclosure, law, and accountable professional review govern a specific matter.
Finding and buying
Begin with the home and the decision.
Can HAVLO help me rent and buy?
HAVLO provides a public rental-discovery doorway and a buyer journey from priorities and financing readiness through search, offer, contract, and closing. A home’s source, freshness, status, and availability still require current confirmation.
Are all homes shown on HAVLO owned or managed by HAVLO?
No. A listing can come from HAVLO, an MLS or brokerage source, or another identified provider. The identified source remains authoritative for status and availability; outside inventory never becomes a HAVLO-owned claim.
Do I need an account to explore the discovery doorway?
No account is required to open public discovery. Displayed homes are not promised available: confirm the identified source, freshness, and status before relying on a result. A verified relationship may be required later for protected MLS information, saved work, an application, or a private decision.
Selling
Understand the path before choosing it.
How does HAVLO help sell a home?
HAVLO begins with the home, your timing, condition, obligations, and alternatives. The seller journey then covers preparation, pricing, launch, showing feedback, offers, contract work, and closing.
Can HAVLO help me decide whether to sell or rent the home?
Yes. That decision should compare your circumstances, the property, likely obligations, management reality, and current evidence without pretending a generic answer fits every owner.
Ownership
Management is continuing responsibility.
What does HAVLO property management cover?
HAVLO’s management relationship carries readiness, leasing, resident service, maintenance coordination, accounting context, owner decisions, renewals, and the continuing condition of the home. Exact scope belongs to the management agreement.
Where do owners see statements and property records?
Current managed owners use the official Rentvine owner account for statements, accounting, documents, and property records. HAVLO guides the relationship but does not pretend the provider’s system is HAVLO-owned.
Resident life
The right help depends on the relationship you already have.
Where do residents request repairs or read lease information?
Managed residents use the official Rentvine resident account for repair requests, messages, payments, and lease documents. Emergency guidance and account recovery remain close to that entrance.
Does submitting a question create a work order or appointment?
No. A public inquiry creates a note for HAVLO to review. It does not create a repair order, schedule access, contact a provider, make a payment, or change an account.
Information and trust
Uncertainty stays visible.
Does HAVLO sell personal information?
No. HAVLO limits collection, use, retention, and sharing to lawful housing, service, safety, and recordkeeping purposes. You can request access, correction, restriction, export, or removal.
Can technology make housing decisions for me?
Technology may help retrieve, organize, compare, summarize, or prepare. Licensed, legal, financial, screening, safety, access, and other consequential decisions remain subject to reliable evidence, appropriate authority, and accountable people.
